How We Review Books
Please Note the following:
PGR seeks to bring clean reads and present a detailed content review. PGR does not review books with the following:
Excessive use of Profanity/Bad Language
Excessive Sexual Content
Excessive Violence or Unnecessary Gore
Excessive Alcohol/Drug Content
Paranormal Themes/Magical Elements
(Please Keep this in mind when you're requesting a book review or a book suggestion)
How it Works
There's nothing really different about the way we will review books, apart from letting you know what content's in it. We'll review the books in the usual way and then we'll give you a kind of indicator on the content in the book. Based on the content we'll give the book a rating based on our scale. We'll also let you know which audience is mature enough to read it. Okay so summarizing our review system:
- We read the book, and since there are two of us, it will be two opinions combined into one.
- We'll write an honest review
-We will then list out the kind of content you will find in the book and we'll highlight the themes found in the book too. (Don't worry we won't spoil it - you won't know who's doing what)
-We'll then give a rating based on our content scale. Our scale runs from 1 - 10
- The last step - You decide whether to read the book or not, or you can check another review to clarify it.
